The Axxon Mycronic APJ3000 piezo jetting valve offers the capability to jet hot melt and similar materials that require higher temperatures to reach jettable viscosities.
The APJ3000 piezoelectric valve is a high-performance injection valve developed by Axxon for materials that require a high temperature setpoint to either melt or reach a viscosity where it can be jetted. Fully heat controlled fluid paths enable difficult applciations such as precise hot melt jetting.
- High consistency: The unique structural design maintains a constant temperature for the adhesive and ensures stable spraying.
- High spraying frequency: Up to 1000 dots per second.
- Limit dot diameter: 0.26mm per dot, meeting the requirements for high precision dispensing.
- Line thickness to width ratio: More than 60%, achieved with a new nozzle structure design and precise output force control.
- Easy maintenance: Modular design allows for quick maintenance and reduced downtime.
- Patented design
