Human life is inseparable from the display of information. Human beings receive information mainly through vision, which accounts for 70% of total sensory input. The information received through vision is not only vast, but also the most accurate and reliable. As the saying goes, "a picture is worth a thousand words," which emphasizes the importance of visual information.
In the past, people communicated using fire and light. As technology advanced, CRT and LCD displays were developed, and now we have a variety of display technologies available, including OLED, quantum dot, laser display, and flexible display. Each technological advancement requires higher display quality, with a focus on rich color reproduction and high image transmission. This applies to both small displays, such as electronic watches and human-machine interfaces in medical devices, and large displays, such as those in shopping malls or on large TV walls.
The quality of the display screen is closely related to its overall display quality. High reliability and adaptability to various environments are important metrics for high-quality displays. Axxon has been deeply involved in the development and manufacturing processes of new screen display technologies, such as LCD/OLED, in various application areas for many years, forming its own core competitiveness.
The link between electronic display screens and control motherboards is usually established using FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) connectors. To enhance the connection strength between the FPC and the glass, UV material or silicone fluid is applied during the LCM (Liquid Crystal Module) manufacturing process for gap filling and reinforcement.
To prevent corrosion and damage caused by exposure to air, IC peripheral traces and edge connector are coated with tuffy glue or silicone based material. During the post-processing of LCM, silver paste is applied to the panel when metal pin connections are used to create a small micro-connection circuit or port.
This area has been a focus of Axxon's research for many years. Our fully automatic three-in-one dispensing equipment and piezoelectric valve control system can provide you with professional solutions.
UV materialor hot melt fluid is applied to the edges during the manufacturing process of the panel or LCM for light shielding or to reinforce the connection strength between two layers of media (glass or film). Axxon's multi-axis dispensing machine, paired with unique dispensing valves and controllers, can provide a precise, smooth, and convenient dispensing experience.
