As a new generation of display technology, Micro LED has higher brightness and better luminous efficiency than existing OLED technology, but also has lower power consumption.

The epoxy resin filling process for the gap of Micro LED lamp beads can effectively prevent the detachment and light leakage of Micro LED lamp beads, improving the stability and longevity of use.

Process characteristics

Mini LED products have the characteristics of equal micro-pitch, and the epoxy resin filling process of the lamp bead gap is similar to underfill, filling the feet of each adjacent LED to fix the LED unit and prevent light leakage. The technical difficulty of the process lies in the small size of each adjacent LED unit, with a gap of less than 1mm; and the high requirement for weight accuracy of each line; meanwhile, there should be no glue on the surface of the lamp bead. This poses great challenges to the stability and accuracy of equipment and valve dispensing, as well as the control of valve scattering points.


The program vision Mark algorithm of Axxon's Au series dispensing software can automatically correct the deviation caused by product tilt; the program instruction weight control function can achieve closed-loop control of dispensing weight for real-time compensation, ensuring consistency of dispensing weight and effect in batch production. The self-developed APJ1500 piezo valve uses a special striker and nozzle to achieve a line width below 360um limit, while ensuring no scatter. High precision, high speed and closed-loop weight control greatly improve product yield and reduce costs for customers.
